My Fellow Officials,

It has been another wonderful year for PVOA thanks to all your hard effort.  As our year slowly comes to an end, there are a few annual issues that need to be addressed.  As we have done in the past, we will have an Annual General Membership meeting on November 8th at the Ashburn Fire House at 7:00 pm.

This is a time for everyone to come together and talk without the time constraints of games weighing on our minds and to thank significant others for their patience with us.  We will have appetizers and drinks, but are not allowed alcohol on the premises.  Door prizes will be awarded along with end of year awards.  Please make plans to join us.

The last major piece of business is the election of officers.  This year we are voting on the President, Treasurer and Secretary for a two year term.  If you or someone you know would like to run for any of these positions, please let Steve Badin know by October 31st.  You can send an e-mail with your nomination to him at sbadin@wdn.com.  The elections will be held and the results announced at the Annual General Membership meeting.

I would like to thank each and every one of you for everything that you have done.  I look forward to seeing you at the Annual Membership Meeting.
